To have an ProRezOnline Professional Résumé created for you, the process is quick and easy. The first step is to select a Username and Password which you'll need to login for future edits. The Username should be your name as you wish it listed on the resume. Your last name will also serve as your page directory and will appear on the internet in this format: www.ProRezOnline.com/UserName Next, type in the Internet Search Data. Use words and/or phrases that a prospective employer or Recruiter would type in when doing an internet search to find a candidate like yourself. These keywords will aid substantially in directing interested parties to your resume. Also, many search engines look for a "description" of what the purpose of the page is. We have programmed our system to duplicate your resume "Objective" data and use that information as the web page description. Accordingly, you get TWO critical design aids to help recruiters and companies find you when they go online and search for people to fill their openings. Next comes the Heading and corresponding content information. (Heading titles may be changed to reflect a different preference.) The next step is to select between our default picture graphic or one of your own. If you prefer your own, upload it in a .jpg format measuring 200x200 at 72dpi. (Be aware that some employers do not want personal pictures.) The last step is to upload your resume as a word document for printing. This file must be in a '.doc' or '.pdf' format and can be what ever length you wish. Once you’re satisfied with what you have, click on the preview link.
